We are seeking a dedicated Ambulatory Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in an outpatient oncology setting. The RN will support patients through treatment coordinate care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients in an outpatient/ambulatory setting
Conduct patient assessments monitor conditions and document findings
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Educate patients and families on treatment plans medications and follow-up care
Coordinate care with physicians specialists and support staff
Assist with procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Ensure compliance with infection control and clinical protocols
Support oncology-related care and patient management
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (New York or eligible)
Experience in ambulatory care oncology or outpatient settings preferred
Strong clinical organizational and patient care skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Education:
Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing required
