Job Summary
- SF-Platform Dev
- Architect and build complex scalable solutions using native Salesforce technologies with deep expertise in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) and advanced use of Flow for complex process automation.
- Design develop and manage robust integrations between Salesforce and external business systems using various patterns (e.g. synchronous asynchronous) and tools (REST/SOAP APIs Platform Events).
- Enforce platform best practices manage technical debt ensure optimal application performance and guide data modeling decisions for long-term scalability.
- DevOps & SDLC: Own the release management cycle utilizing version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g. Salesforce DX) to manage metadata deployment and environment maintenance.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical consultant to stakeholders and business analysts translating high-level requirements into detailed technical specifications and providing code reviews.
- AI Agentforce Implementation: Design build and deploy autonomous AI agents on the Agentforce platform focusing on prompt engineering action orchestration and leveraging AI to automate complex business processes.
- Data Cloud Engineering: Implement Data Cloud (or Data 360) data models configure data streams perform identity resolution and build calculated insights to create unified customer profiles for use by applications and AI agents.

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Crucial for a platform/integration focus)
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect

- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
