Were on the hunt for a Delivery Lead whos ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into our agile journey. If youre all about making a real impact backing our squads and flying the flag for agile ways of working across our technology projects - this could be right up your alley!
Day to day youll:
- Help our agile squads do their thing - support guide and let them shine.
- Own projects from start to finish making sure we deliver what matters when it matters.
- Knock down roadblocks keep things running smoothly and keep everyone in the loop.
- Run all the good stuff like sprint planning stand-ups and retros (you know the drill).
- Team up with product owners to shape MVPs and keep our backlogs tight.
- Take people on the journey share your wisdom and help them grow.
- Pitch in to make our delivery game even better always looking for ways to level up.
- Be a champion for safe working and keeping everyone healthy on the job.
Youll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with agile squads product owners cross-functional teams and Domain Leads from Generation Retail and Platforms in our Technology Innovation crew.

Youre the kind of person who brings energy to the room loves cheering on your team and thrives when things are moving fast. You get a buzz from helping squads achieve their goals but also arent afraid to challenge when things arent being delivered on as agreed you arent fazed by a bit of uncertainty and youre always up for looking at new ways of doing things to get the best results.
Were keen to meet people who:
- Have experience delivering work in technology digital or business change environments this might be through project delivery product development or another transferable path.
- You understand how work flows from idea to outcome whether thats Agile Waterfall Kanban or a blend.
- Are comfortable coordinating moving parts and helping teams get meaningful outcomes over the line.
- Know how to help teams stay focused remove obstacles and turn plans into progress even if youre still growing into a formal Delivery Lead title. We value potential learning mindset and practical delivery instincts.
- Are a clear confident communicator who enjoys working with a wide mix of stakeholders building trust and influencing outcomes. Experience leading or coaching teams is a bonus but not a must.
- Bring curiosity about AI and emerging tools - you may have handson experience using AI to improve planning reporting insights or flow or a strong interest in how AI can enhance delivery and ways of working. Were keen on people who experiment learn and apply new tools thoughtfully.
- Bonus points if you have a relevant qualification e.g. PRINCE2 PMP or Agile certifications
Bottom line youre a go-to facilitator not afraid of a bit of unknown love helping teams to do their best work and always ready to push for what matters. If you dont tick every single box dont sweat it your unique skills might be just what were after.
