Youth Travel Soccer Coach

• Plan & Lead: Coach 23 practices per week and 1 game per weekend per team (56 hours weekly commitment per team).
• Tournaments: Coach 26 tournaments annually based on age and skill level.
• Team Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents and players.
• Development: Attend 4 annual coaching workshops and use Trace film breakdown for 9v9 and 11v11 teams.
• Uphold PPA Principles: Embrace our coaching valuesbe prepared be a teacher and foster positive development on and off the field.
  
  

• Experience: 3 years of soccer coaching experience with a proven ability to teach technical and tactical principles effectively.
• Licensing: A minimum US Soccer D License (PPA covers 50% of further license costs).
• Location: Candidates must be local to the Washington DC/Bethesda MD area or planning to relocate.
• Skills: Strong communication enthusiasm and the ability to balance player development with competitive success.
• Application Requirement: Submission of coaching film is mandatory.
