Lead Our Preschool Classroom With Purpose
Were seeking a warm enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Teacher to guide our Preschool (Age 4) classroom. If youre passionate about early learning love helping children build independence and enjoy creating meaningful handson learning experiences this role offers the chance to make a lasting impact every single day.
What Youll Do
Plan and deliver engaging developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
Maintain a safe clean organized and stimulating classroom environment
Support daily routines and transitions to ensure a smooth positive flow
Build strong trusting relationships with children families and fellow staff
Observe document and communicate developmental progress and classroom behaviors
Model professionalism positivity and leadership within the classroom community
What Were Looking For
Experience working with preschoolage children (ages 35) preferably in a lead role
Strong communication skills and a collaborative teamoriented mindset
Flexibility to work within the centers 7:00 AM6:00 PM operating hours
Education in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus
Has or will obtain the 15hour South Carolina Health & Safety Certification (free) before orientation day
Has or will obtain First Aid/CPR certification
A passion for early learning creativity and classroom leadership
