We currently have an opening for a Staff Accountant. This position is based in Dublin OH and follows typical business hours within a Monday - Friday schedule. You will need to be in our office in Dublin one day per week and able to work remote the remaining weekdays.

As a Staff Accountant you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with tax laws and accounting standards. Primary functions include coding and processing of accounts payable invoices credit card program management monthly reconciliations maintaining subsidiary records and depreciations entries and assisting with year-end tax preparations.

Preferred Experience:

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or related field
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word. Excel and Access
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
