Business Developer
Job Summary
To strenghten our Spanish sales team we are looking for a Business developer who will focus on specific products: CAM attachments and Jaltest. Your motivation to learn is more important then sector experience. Your natural flair for business is what we are looking for.
Your role and responsibilities:
Identify and assess potential business opportunities markets and partnerships.
Build relationships with clients partners and key stakeholders and follow up on leads.
Provide advice on attachment selection based on the customers application (CAM)
Provide After-Sales Technical Support to customers acting as a link between the factory and customers or specialist partner repairer (CAM)
Responsible for tracking demonstration devices sent to customers (CAM)
Performing product demonstrations to customers either on its own initiative or at the request of representatives based on customer interest (Jaltest)
After Sales Technical Support to customers acting as a link between factory and customers.
Daily contact on Jaltest team
Conduct Market Research and identify trends in industry customer needs and competitor activities.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects and collaborations.
Prepare and present business proposals and plans to senior management.
Produce send and follow up on quotations for the customer.
Negotiate and close deals that align with the companys strategic goals.
Analyse lost business deals and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and defined customer experience flows.
Plan execute and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
How to succeed / Your profile
You have strong sales and negotiation skills.
Candidates with experience in the TVH industry have an advantage.
You are able to develop a strategic business plan identifying long-term opportunities and challenges.
You have proven networking skills and are eager to visit industry events conferences
You have high ethical standards and professionalism in all business dealings.
You are familiar with relevant technologies and tools especially those related to sales marketing and CRM.
You have strong project management and stakeholder management skills
You are fluent in Spanish and have a good level of English
You are willing to travel
