In this role youll work acrossengineering sourcing quality logistics planning and suppliersto remove bottlenecks drive documentation readiness and keep procurement and delivery milestones on track.

What youll do

• Ownon-time delivery supplier quality and cost performancefor assigned project materials and services
• Coordinate withengineering quality sourcing logistics and planningto ensure critical supplier documentation is submitted and approved on time
• Support timely release ofmanufacturing clearanceto meet project delivery targets
• Ensurepurchase ordersare issued on schedule
• Monitor supplier progress identify risks early and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
• Build and manageprocurement schedulesfor assigned products and commodities
• Drive closure ofsupplier-related NCRsand support recovery plans where delays occur
• Supportclaims management cost tracking and monthly vendor progress reporting
• Promote compliance withquality and EHS requirementswithin procurement activities

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree inSupply Chain Electrical Engineering and/or Logisticsor a related field from a local or internationally recognised university.
• At least 5 years of experiencein a project-based supply chain procurement or fulfilment role on substation projectswithin similar industrial / infrastructure environments
• Experience working withsuppliers in a complex project environment
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
• Confident in progress tracking reporting and problem solving
• Organized adaptable and able to manage priorities across multiple workstreams
• Willingness totravel frequently
