Whats On Offer

• The primaryobjectiveof this role is toidentify drive andsupport the Equity Derivativesbusinessacrossinitiativesand market structure changes.
• The role will have exposure tobothlisted and OTC derivatives markets.
• he rolewill beinvolvedin implementingdevelopingandmonitoringof commerial market making schemes for clients.

What youll do:

• Work within theMarkets ProductManagementteamwhichisresponsible forover $300 million in MarketsDivisionis one of ASXsvertical lines of business andis responsible foroperatingtransparent effective markets that transfer capital and risk instil customer confidence and meet licence requirements and obligations.
• Be an active problem solverdrivingefficiencyand growthacrossinitiatives or product enhancements.
• Be part of the teamsupportingASXsDerivatives and Investment Products businesseswithresponsibilitiesspanningresearchanalysisproduct development customerengagementand marketing.
• Understand customer needs and deliveroutcomesthat achieve desirableresultsfor our customers andthebusiness.
• Assistwithdeliveringfeasibilitystudiesbusinesscasesandproduct suitability reviews.
• Researchidentifyand analyse on-shore and off-shore markets to support growth initiativeswithinthe existing ASXProductsbusiness.
• Support the Distribution team withanalytics and materials forclient meetings.
• Preparepresentationsforsenior management regulatorsindustryconferencesandbodies.
• Supportmarketmaker/incentiveschemesandprocesses-liaising withAssetClassLeadsLegalRisk andOperations.
• Support and participate inmaintainingexcellent relationships with regulators brokers clearersendclientsandmarketmakersthrough regular engagement.

What youve done:

• Exposure to domesticand/or international markets acrosslisted and/orOTCproducts.
• Tertiary qualifications.
• Sourcing and providing data driven analyticstosupport recommendationsand decision-making.
• User ofcollaboration and workflow management tools likeJIRA ConfluenceandMS Office applicationsincluding CoPilot
• Demonstrated markets experience in tradingsalesoperationsclearingorrisk managementfunctions.
• Successfully presented to small and large groups of internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge oftradingclearingmarginingand riskmanagementpractices.

And ifyouvegot some of this even better:

• Understanding of derivatives products and the role anexchange playswithinfinancial markets.
• Data analyticsexperience codingand data extraction ()visualisation tools andreport generation.
• Customer engagement experience.
• Projectdeliveryexperience.
• Exposure toworkingwith Regulators.
