O&M Plant Manager

• Overall responsibility for the safe compliant and efficient operation of the plant ensuring continuous operation in line with environmental permits HSE regulations contractual obligations and production targets.
• Lead and manage all plant departments (Operations Maintenance QHSE Administration) ensuring effective coordination planning and performance across functions.
• Act as the companys primary interface with the customer environmental authorities HSE bodies and key external stakeholders including availability for emergencies on a 24/7 basis.
• Oversee plant performance maintenance effectiveness and continuous improvement initiatives including root cause investigations and optimization of operating practices.
• Own financial performance of the plant including budget (P&L) development cost control expenditure management and profitability optimization.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; postgraduate management qualification preferred.
• Minimum 15 years professional experience including at least 10 years in a senior leadership role within O&M power generation EfW or comparable industrial environments.
• Strong technical and managerial expertise ideally in Energy from Waste (EfW) or similar complex process 24/7 plants including waste/material handling systems.
• Demonstrated leadership in Health Safety Environment and Quality (HSEQ) including compliance with environmental permits legal requirements and safety management systems.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Turkish with strong stakeholder management decisionmaking and people leadership capabilities.
