About the Role

A fast-moving organization is seeking 3 Operations Data Analysts to support a high-impact short-term data initiative. 

This project will focus on analyzing operational data improving reporting accuracy and generating insights that drive better decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a real-world business environment while working alongside a collaborative and fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze operational datasets to identify trends inconsistencies and actionable insights

Clean organize and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability

Build and maintain reports using Excel to support business operations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights

Assist in improving data processes and reporting workflows

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)

High level of attention to detail and analytical thinking

Ability to work independently in a remote fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Bachelors degree (or currently pursuing) in a related field preferred

Nice to Have

Exposure to data analysis reporting or operations-related work

Experience with large datasets or basic data cleaning techniques

Location: Remote (preference for candidates based in Latin America particularly Panama or Colombia)
