Job Summary

- Assist Service Staff with vehicle check in.
- Create and manage repair orders for Inventory vehicles
- Retrieve and check in loaner vehicles before and after customer use.
- Assist and train under Service Advisors to fill Advisor position during Vacation and Sick Days.
- Commission earned per day filling in.
- Drive vehicles to and from service lane service stalls and parking lot as needed.
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
- Assist with incoming phone calls.
- Placed scheduling calls as needed/directed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
