ROLE OVERVIEW

We areseekinga proactive and curious Revenue Operations (RevOps) Intern to support ourRevOpsteam inoptimizingprocesses managing customer relationships andleveragingdata to drive business impact.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to Revenue Operations functions including customer engagement data analytics reporting and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate activelyseeksto understand diverse perspectives contributes ideas thoughtfully and is eager to learn in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product & Service Knowledge

  • Develop foundational knowledge of the companys products services and relevant industry trends.

  • Support the team in providingaccurateinformation to internal or external stakeholders.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Assistwith data entry aggregation and basic analysis using tools such as Excel Google Sheets CRM platforms and ourcustom builtplatformSunCentral.

  • Generate simple reports and dashboardsidentifyingtrends or patterns under supervision.

  • Maintainaccurateand organized data records to support decision-making.

Customer Empathy & Communication

  • Listen attentively to team members clients and stakeholders to understand their perspectives and needs.

  • Assistin crafting clear professional written and verbal communications.

  • Support customer interactions under guidancedemonstratingempathy and responsiveness.

Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution

  • Identifysimple operational or customer-related issues and propose basic solutions.

  • Collaborate with team members to address minor conflicts escalating when necessary.

  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.

Collaboration & Growth Mindset

  • Activelyseekto understand the viewpoints and contributions of others.

  • Offer alternative viewpoints to encourage diversity of thought and strengthen team decision-making.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

  • Interest in Sustainability Engineering &/or Renewable Energy

  • Formal education professional training or practical experience in business operations data analytics or related areas.

  • Alignment with Pivots values: kindness empathy integrity professionalism balance impact and determination.

  • Self-starter who asks questions takes initiative and tackles tasks beyond their comfort zone.

  • Creative and proactive problem solver with the ability toanticipatechallenges in workflows and data management.

  • Proficiencyin Excel (VLOOKUP PivotTables Power Query) and comfort working with data.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude.

  • Intermediateproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite with ability to quickly learn new tools and software.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES

  • Experience or interest in the solar industry subscription-based business models or energy markets.

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and basic data management.

  • Basic exposure to project management and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Familiarity with business intelligence or reporting tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) is a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

This position offers an hourly rate of $28. Compensation is capped at 300 total hours with a maximum of 30 hours per week. The employee will also receive Pivot Energys part-time benefits package which includes:
