Personal Care Worker Casual

As a Personal Care Worker at our Cranbourne North village you will work as part of a team that creates the safest healthiest and most enjoyable lifestyle for our residents. This role is varied and centres around providing personal care and assistance to our residents daily lives.

What you will do:

• Deliver high-quality person-centred care to residents supporting their daily living and wellbeing
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team to create a vibrant safe and welcoming community
• Support health safety and wellbeing initiatives in line with Summersets values

Qualifications :

Youll bring with you:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Disability or Home and Community) or willingness to achieve this with our support
• A genuine passion for working with older people
• Empathy kindness and a positive team-focused attitude
• Great communication skills and emotional resilience
• Eligibility to work in Australia pass a medical questionnaire and national police check. We are unable to provide sponsorship for theses roles
