Project Director

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Project this pivotal role you will oversee all aspects of large-scale projects ensuring successful delivery within scope schedule and budget parameters. You will provide strategic direction drive operational excellence and lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve project objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Direct and oversee all phases of building projects from conception through completion ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and client expectations
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans schedules and budgets monitoring progress against established baselines and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Lead mentor and evaluate project management teams fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement
• Manage stakeholder relationships including clients contractors consultants and regulatory authorities ensuring transparent communication and issue resolution
• Identify assess and mitigate project risks developing contingency plans to minimize impact on project delivery
• Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards specifications and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and control project costs manage change orders and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports performance metrics and executive summaries to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations throughout all project phases
• Coordinate with PMC teams to streamline operations and enhance project delivery capabilities

Qualifications :

• Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in project management with at least 5 years in a director-level or senior management position
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction and building projects with budgets exceeding $50 million
• Strong knowledge of PMC organizational structures and project delivery methodologies
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management software (MS Project Primavera P6 or equivalent)
• Advanced skills in budget management cost control and financial analysis
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with experience building and developing high-performing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisive decisions under pressure
• Comprehensive understanding of construction processes building codes and regulatory compliance requirements
• Experience with contract management and vendor/supplier coordination
• Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools for reporting and performance tracking
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Experience working on international projects or in multicultural environments (preferred)
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabias construction industry and regulatory environment (preferred)
