Job Summary
Your role
You act as a key interface between customers and internal teams combining commercial development with operational coordination.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Build strong relationships with customers and identify growth opportunities
- Anticipate customer needs and align them with LACROIX capabilities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (program management supply chain quality purchasing)
- Support customer visits audits and site tours
- Contribute to sales pipeline development and marketing initiatives
- Ensure follow-up of ongoing projects in collaboration with program management.

Your team and environment:
- You report to the Sales organization
- You work daily with program management purchasing customer service and NPI teams
- You interact with customers mainly based in Germany with occasional international exposure
- You will progressively build your own customer focus team depending on projects.

Profile we are looking for
You are comfortable navigating both technical and commercial topics in an industrial environment.
Essential skills and experience:
- Experience or strong understanding of the EMS / electronics manufacturing environment
- Ability to manage customer relationships and develop business opportunities
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Proactive approach with a clear focus on business growth
- Ability to work in a matrix and cross-functional organization
- Professional level in German and English.
Nice to have:
- Experience in program management or project coordination
- Exposure to industrial defense or HBAS markets
