Job Summary

Your role

You act as a key interface between customers and internal teams combining commercial development with operational coordination.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts
  • Build strong relationships with customers and identify growth opportunities
  • Anticipate customer needs and align them with LACROIX capabilities
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (program management supply chain quality purchasing)
  • Support customer visits audits and site tours
  • Contribute to sales pipeline development and marketing initiatives
  • Ensure follow-up of ongoing projects in collaboration with program management.

Your team and environment:

  • You report to the Sales organization 
  • You work daily with program management purchasing customer service and NPI teams
  • You interact with customers mainly based in Germany with occasional international exposure
  • You will progressively build your own customer focus team depending on projects.

Qualifications :

Profile we are looking for

You are comfortable navigating both technical and commercial topics in an industrial environment.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Experience or strong understanding of the EMS / electronics manufacturing environment
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and develop business opportunities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Proactive approach with a clear focus on business growth
  • Ability to work in a matrix and cross-functional organization
  • Professional level in German and English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in program management or project coordination
  • Exposure to industrial defense or HBAS markets
