FP&T Business Analyst
Job Summary

To support this mission Syngentas Crop Protection Team is looking for a FP&T Business Analyst in São Paulo. This role will:
Responsabilities:
- To translate Finance requirements into efficient process and system design which meets relevant business legal and Syngenta Internal Control framework requirements through producing relevant documentation.
- To provide Finance with advice on best-practice processes and solutions in consultation with IT and Continuous Improvement when needed.
- To provide functional and change delivery guidance to projects and continuous improvement initiatives across Finance processes. These processes may be embedded or linked to Syngentas ERP platforms or to relevant applications within Finance.
- To manage Projects and Change Management process ensuring proper communication among relevant stakeholders.
- To pursue collaboration opportunities between Americas FP&T team and our colleagues in EAME APAC GFO and our Global function as well as with IT and Continuous Improvement functions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Business Information Systems or a related field;
- Solid grounding in Accounting/Finance processes (period close accruals reconciliations AP/AR T&E) with understanding of IFRS/US GAAP; Brazil statutory/tax familiarity is essential;
- Proven experience implementing systems such as SAP ECC or S/4 Hana finance or controlling;
- Experience with integrations data migration and banking processes;
- Understanding of Brazilian tax and accounting rules is required;
- Knowledge of Agile / Hybrid methods and tools (Azure DevOps Jira etc.);
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to work with global teams in different time zones;
- Languages: English mandatory; Portuguese mandatory.
