What Youll Do
- Lead daily operations of Mobile Crisis Intervention and Jail Diversion services
- Supervise and support talented clinical staff
- Ensure high-quality responsive compassionate care
- Partner with community providers hospitals law enforcement and system stakeholders
- Oversee documentation billing coordination reporting and contract compliance
- Participate in shared 24-hour leadership on-call rotation
- Help shape and strengthen innovative crisis services in your community

Pay Rate: $100778.70/salaried

Required Skills
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
- Immediate computer fluency including Microsoft Office - such as Excel
- Valid drivers license and regular access to a reliable vehicle
Required Experience
- Masters Degree in Psychology Social Work or other related clinical Human Services discipline required. Independent clinical licensure required.
- At least two years of supervisory experience in a similar mental health setting preferred.
- At least five (5) years of clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting and three years experience working within MCI required.
