What Youll Do

• Lead daily operations of Mobile Crisis Intervention and Jail Diversion services
• Supervise and support talented clinical staff
• Ensure high-quality responsive compassionate care
• Partner with community providers hospitals law enforcement and system stakeholders
• Oversee documentation billing coordination reporting and contract compliance
• Participate in shared 24-hour leadership on-call rotation
• Help shape and strengthen innovative crisis services in your community

Pay Rate: $100778.70/salaried

Required Skills

• Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
• Immediate computer fluency including Microsoft Office - such as Excel
  
• Valid drivers license and regular access to a reliable vehicle
  

Required Experience

• Masters Degree in Psychology Social Work or other related clinical Human Services discipline required. Independent clinical licensure required.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a similar mental health setting preferred.
• At least five (5) years of clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting and three years experience working within MCI required.
