As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Council Bluffs IA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic tech location where you will conduct routine patrols remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer this role you will support a welcoming environment through strong communication teamwork and integrity while bringing a reliable agile and innovative approach to each shift.

Pay Rate: $18.80 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel visitors and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents alarms access concerns and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting issues through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices common areas parking areas and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity maintenance concerns and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entry and exit activity verify credentials or visitor authorization as required and help support access control procedures for employees guests and/or deliveries.
• Assist with incident reports shift logs and communication with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns operational needs and/or noteworthy activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
