Job Summary
- Lead coach and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed goals
- Serve as a hands-on role model demonstrating best-in-class sales techniques and professionalism
- Confidently negotiate and close deals while ensuring full compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Drive performance by setting clear expectations tracking metrics and holding the team accountable
- Stay ahead of industry trends to keep your team competitive and informed
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics integrity and customer experience
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in timeshare sales management
- Strong production history and verifiable performance stats (preferred)
- Active Drivers License
- Real Estate License (required)
- Open availability with the ability to work 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- A natural leader with a competitive edge and a passion for winning
