Job Summary
- Lead and oversee daily Housekeeping and Laundry operations
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards and guest expectations
- Maintain strong collaboration with Front Office Engineering and F&B teams
- Monitor inventory cost control and departmental budgets
- Manage suppliers contractors and pest control programs
- Drive sustainability initiatives (energy saving waste management)
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Ensure VIP rooms are prepared and inspected to the highest standards
- Oversee Lost & Found procedures and internal controls (linen uniforms keys)
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with operational standards
- Lead train and develop the Housekeeping team to maximize performance and engagement
- Support recruitment onboarding and retention of team members
Qualifications :
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 57 years of experience in Housekeeping within 45 star hotels
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence in guest service
- Solid understanding of housekeeping operations budgeting and quality standards
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
