Our Client is a HealthCare Training Provider and looking to hire a Sales Executive to drive student enrollment for companys training programs through direct outreach campus presence social selling and ambassador network activation. The Sales Representative is the front-line revenue generator responsible for converting prospective medical students into enrolled trainees across practical training online courses and events.
This role operates within a structured sales process under the Sales Manager with clear daily/weekly activity targets and CRM discipline as core expectations.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Direct Student Enrollment
Conduct outbound outreach to prospective medical and healthcare students via phone WhatsApp and in-person
Present Plan P training programs: Summer Practical Training Mid-Year Programs Online Courses and Events
Handle objections explain program value propositions and close enrollment
Achieve monthly enrollment targets (students registered and paid)
Process enrollment paperwork and payment collection per SOP
2. Campus & Field Sales
Execute campus visit schedule across assigned university medical faculties
Set up and manage Plan P information desks during enrollment periods
Distribute marketing materials and collect prospective student data
Build relationships with student unions faculty assistants and campus influencers
Attend medical student events and conferences as Plan P representative
3. Ambassador Network
Recruit and activate student ambassadors within assigned universities
Train ambassadors on Plan P programs and referral tracking
Track ambassador-sourced leads and conversion rates
Coordinate with Marketing on ambassador content and social campaigns
Target: build and maintain 10 active ambassadors in assigned territory
4. Social & Digital Selling
Respond to inbound leads from social media website and WhatsApp within 30 minutes during working hours
Maintain active presence in relevant student groups and forums
Share approved marketing content on personal and program social channels
Track lead source attribution for all conversions
5. CRM & Reporting
Log every prospect interaction in Zoho CRM within same business day
Update lead status next actions and expected enrollment dates daily
Submit daily activity report: calls made meetings held enrollments closed
Participate in weekly pipeline review with Sales Manager
Requirements
Must Have
13 years in sales telesales or field sales (student enrollment experience preferred)
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and face-to-face selling
Strong communication and persuasion skills in Arabic
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho or similar)
Smartphone-literate: WhatsApp Business social media basic content sharing
Willingness to travel to campuses across Greater Cairo
Nice to Have
Background in medical education healthcare or university enrollment
Existing network within Egyptian medical student communities
Experience with ambassador or referral programs
