Job Summary
As our Sales Representative you will own and grow your territory by delivering strong commercial performance while positioning our brands as trusted solutions for healthcare professionals. What Youll Be Doing
- Design and execute a smart territory plan with clear priorities segmentation and visit strategy
- Build strong trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality compliant product presentations tailored to customer needs
- Identify opportunities to grow your business through market insights and competitor awareness
- Drive consistent activity levels ensuring impactful and well-prepared customer interactions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on strategy and maximize brand performance
- Proactively report insights and recommend actions to continuously improve results
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role
- Proven experience (3 years) in a commercial or sales role within healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of the Spanish healthcare environment
- Ability to influence and build credibility with clinicians and key stakeholders
- Commercial mindset combined with strong analytical and planning skills
- High level of digital and IT proficiency (CRM tools MS Office multichannel engagement)
- A proactive resilient and results-oriented attitude
