Job Summary
Together with your hosting talents you will enrich the stay of our addition to coordinating and leading the bar and breakfast team you will take care of:
- Creation of duty and vacation plans
- Support and advice for guests in the Motel One Lounge as well as all related tasks
- Responsible for achieving the sales budget in the Motel One Lounge Ensuring a smooth and fast service process and implementing the Motel One service concept One Smile
- Carrying out internal coaching cross-training and planning training courses for the further development of service employees
- Ordering food beverages and spirits and conducting end-of-month inventories
Qualifications :
