Senior Data Analyst (Hybrid - Reading area)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join a growing organisation placing data at the heart of its decision-making.

Youll be joining at a pivotal stage of growth with the opportunity to influence how data is used across the business. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels youll play a key role in shaping insight improving performance and embedding a more data-driven culture.

About You

Youre someone who enjoys solving complex problems and making data meaningful.

Youll bring experience in:

• Advanced SQL and data analysis
• Creating impactful dashboards and visualisations
• Developing data models and reporting structures
• Working with large datasets in a scalable way
• Communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Leading or contributing to high-impact data projects

You may also have exposure to:

• Python or R
• Cloud-based or modern data platforms
• Predictive analytics or machine learning
• Fast-paced or evolving business environments

Above all youre curious proactive and motivated by delivering real value through data.
