As part of Stockport Homes Housing group we are the innovative maintenance and construction business trading as Three Sixty Ltd. We have formed and grown considerably since inception back in 2016 with a pipeline of maintenance contracts capital works projects refurbishment and new build contracts. Three Sixty Ltds vision is to continue to maintain Stockport Homes Groups 11500 homes and todesign build refurbish and regenerate places to improve economic and social outcomes for people.
Were currently recruiting a Service Manager - Engineering to join our long-established maintenance team to be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the Facilities Management service for Engineering & Security to ensure all works are carried out safely in line with all regulatory requirements.
You will form part of a Service Manager team who are responsible for managing a team of Trade Operatives Trade Supervisors and sub-contractors to deliver planned maintenance & repairs across the Stockport Borough. The role will ensure all works are delivered to a high standard in accordance with company and group objectives reporting on a regular basis to provide assurance to the senior management team.
With experience in a similar role youll have experience of successfully managing an operational team in fire & security planned maintenance and repairs. Ideally you will hold a current SMSTS qualification and have good IT skills and abilities particularly in Microsoft Office.
Please note a Valid UK Driving Licence is essential to the role. The role is also subject to satisfactory basic clearance by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and a non-frontline SIA licence will be required for the role.
