Job Summary
The Role
- The Change Project Manager leads the delivery and adoption of business change initiatives at Fastmarkets. The role blends disciplined project delivery with a people-centred change approach ensuring outcomes are delivered efficiently embedded effectively and aligned to strategic priorities. Working in a matrix environment you will partner with stakeholders across the business to shape practical solutions and drive measurable outcomes.
Principal Accountabilities
Project delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through implementation and handover
- Define robust scopes success measures and delivery plans with clear milestones
- Proactively manage risks issues dependencies and change control
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Analytics Editorial Product Events Technology HR Data and Commercial
Change capability and adoption
- Assess organisational impacts and readiness using evidence and insight to shape solutions and target interventions
- Design and deliver practical change plans covering communications engagement training and transition support
- Partner with leaders so they can sponsor change visibly confidently and inclusively
- Spot and manage resistance early through listening data-led diagnosis and practical mitigations
- Build change capability across the business by anticipating people impacts and equipping line managers and teams to lead and adopt change
- Provide timely updates and usable guidance so teams understand what is changing what success looks like and what is expected of them
Stakeholder collaboration partnership & communication
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders sponsors and delivery teams to enable open dialogue
- Use curiosity and sound judgement to understand root causes challenge constructively and co-create solutions
- Align stakeholders and teams around clear decisions actions and ownership ensuring follow-through
- Plan and deliver clear customer-centric communications that explain the change build understanding and sustain momentum
- Establish feedback loops (e.g. drop-ins surveys and check-ins) listen actively and use insight to improve adoption
- Balance pace quality and people impact acting as a calm credible partner throughout delivery
Analysis and insight
Produce high-quality business analysis to shape practical solutions including facilitating workshops capability mapping process analysis

KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated driven and have a passion to be part of a fast-paced successful team. Being a strong team player is also important as well as someone who is happy to work flexibly.
Proven experience delivering projects and business change in matrix organisations
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence without authority
Highly collaborative with a curious mindset and strong focus on practical solutions
Proven team contributor adapting to different working styles and helping teams perform at pace through clear roles trust and collaboration
Able to influence and motivate teams through inclusive leadership constructive challenge and clear outcomes
Excellent planning problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with structured change and project methodologies (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR APM Agile PRINCE2)
