Baking Center OCEA Technologist

Your versatile tasks:
- Preparation and execution of customer visits regarding product development on state-of-the-art industrial 
pilot plants as well as product presentations and trainings on various baking topics
- Accompaniment of international colleagues to industrial customers in the course of projects for the introduction of new products recipes 
in their production lines/processes as well as technical support for troubleshooting
- Carrying out and documenting internal baking trials for ongoing product development benchmarking with 
alternative products on the market for quality tests and for raw material testing
- Conception and execution of theoretical as well as practical trainings trainings of colleagues and customers 
- Market observation and trend screening of consumer habits and competitor activities
- Recording of videos product photos for good preparation of market communication and sales argumentation
- Management of raw material stocks (incl. raw material purchasing) for the Baking Center Maintenance of bakery machines and equipment 
Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- KPI reporting to the Baking Center management

Qualifications :

Your exciting profile: 
- Completed education with focus on food technology bakery technology (HTL FH TU) 
- At least 2-5 years of professional experience in product development and/or production management of an industrial bakery mill 
or comparable industry
- Flexibility to adapt/optimize recipes and process settings to achieve desired results in terms of the 
End product and production conditions
- Accurate/systematic work style with scientific approach Project management skills MS Office user
- Strong communication/presentation skills in German English ( CEE languages an advantage)
- willingness to travel nationally internationally (project support know-how transfer) intercultural mindset
