Job Summary

Business trips abroad and relocation to Riga might be required after the trial period

You will act asthe primary liaison between theHR and Legal departments. This role involves reporting onadaily basis toboth departments regarding document management and coordinating with legal teams based indifferent countries and offices.

Key Responsibilities
Contract Management:
  • Draft review and maintain all legal related contracts including employment agreements nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) and other legal documents.
  • Ensure contracts are compliant with local state and federal regulations.
  • Track contract lifecycles and ensure timely renewals amendments and terminations.
  • Maintain anorganized digital and physical filing system for all contracts.
Legal Liaison:
  • Serve asthe primary point ofcontact for all legal matters incollaboration with internal and external legal teams.
  • Coordinate with lawyers indifferent offices toensure consistency and compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Assist inthe preparation oflegal documents briefs and reports.
  • Manage communication between theHR department and legal counsel.
Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Monitor changes inrelevant legislation and the regulatory environment together with legals.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures comply with legal standards.
  • Assist ininternal audits and compliance checks asneeded.
Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support totheHR and legal departments.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements for legal consultations.
  • Prepare and distribute reports presentations and correspondence.
Qualifications:
Education:
  • Associate orBachelors degree inLegal Studies Paralegal Studies Human Resources orarelated field.
Experience:
  • Minimum of1-2years ofexperience asaLegal Assistant Paralegal orsimilar role.
  • Experience incontract management and working with legal documents.
  • Familiarity withHR practices and procedures isaplus.
Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level ofdiscretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and document management software.
  • Ability towork independently and aspart ofateam.
  • Quickness and reporting.
