Provide Technical Application Support of Copeland wholesalers and dedicated sales force for including but not limited to:
Product selection and specification
Development of application profiles and technical bulletins
Customer training at designated locations
Warranty management throughout authorized workshop
Development of cross references or specific documentation that can support commercial initiatives
Field support and troubleshooting
Hands on training at Mexicos Learning Center
Promote Copeland initiatives by participating at industry associations events and other related activities
Proactively interact with cross functional teams including Product Engineering Marketing Customer Service Quality and Sales through designated task to enhance our customer support
Desired 2-5 years in application/product engineering of AC and/or Refrigeration
Excellent communication skills including the ability to successfully present to customers (including large groups) and senior leadership
Ability to read electrical schematics troubleshoot and diagnose electrical circuits
Understanding of quality metrics
Ability to handle measuring and adjusting tools
Bachelors degree in related major (engineering)
Ability to make independent decisions and recommendations to effectively solve customers issues/complaints
Must have excellent computer skills including Excel Word Power Point and social media
Excellent verbal and written communication
Domestic and international travel may be needed <30%
