Assignment Solution Architect Expert (Public Sector / Justice Domain)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Solution Architect Expert to take a leading role in the design architecture and implementation of complex software solutions within a large-scale mission-critical platform.

The architect will work closely with business stakeholders analysts development teams and external public partners to ensure scalable secure and maintainable solutions aligned with both functional and non-functional requirements.

This role is available on a detachment basis either via freelance engagement or employment through our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across software delivery teams
• Design and govern scalable secure and maintainable solution architectures
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and roadmaps
• Oversee technical backlog prioritization and alignment with program goals
• Ensure adherence to architecture standards coding guidelines and best practices
• Lead technical decision-making and resolve complex architectural challenges
• Mentor and support development teams
• Drive code quality through reviews and continuous improvement
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies where appropriate
• Maintain clear and structured technical documentation

Required Experience & Skills

• 10 years of experience in software development with strong architectural leadership
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions
• Strong background Core / .NET development
• Experience with Azure cloud fundamentals and cloud-native architectures
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows (e.g. GitLab)
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience with system design scalability and performance optimization
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
• Experience with code review processes and quality governance

Nice to Have

• Experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks
• Knowledge of Terraform Docker Kubernetes
• Familiarity with security standards and best practices
• Certifications such as TOGAF DDD C4 model Clean Architecture
• Experience in public sector or highly regulated environments

Profile Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field
• Ability to work in complex multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable operating in large-scale mission-critical systems
