We are seeking a Remote Support Specialist to provide customer assistance reservation support and service coordination within the travel services industry.
In this role you will help customers manage bookings answer questions and ensure a smooth experience from initial inquiry through travel completion. This position is fully remote and includes structured onboarding and ongoing training.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone email and online communication platforms
- Assist customers with reservations confirmations and itinerary updates
- Respond to inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Research travel options and provide accurate service information
- Maintain organized customer and reservation records
- Ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer experience
- Support clients before during and after travel
Qualifications
- Previous customer service administrative retail hospitality or support experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable learning new systems and digital tools
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Reliable internet connection and professional work setup
Travel industry experience is a plus but not required. Training is provided.
