DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our companys infrastructure and applications. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design implement and maintain our companys infrastructure including servers networks and databases

- Automate and streamline our development testing and deployment processes

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of new features and updates

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed

- Implement security measures to protect our systems and data

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and make recommendations for improvement

- Document processes and procedures for future reference

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role

- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud

- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python Bash or Ruby

- Familiarity with automation and configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible Puppet Chef)

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes)

- Knowledge of networking and security protocols

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
