What Youll Do

Lead Store Operations (20%)

• Take charge of store operations when the Store Manager is away
• Ensure smooth efficient daily operations

Drive Sales & Team Performance (80%)

• Lead the team to achieve store-wide sales goals (not just individual commissions)
• Create a positive collaborative environment by reducing excessive commission competition
• Coach schedule and support both full-time and part-time staff
• Strengthen team performance and customer satisfaction on the sales floor

People & Compliance Management

• Oversee staff management in line with U.S. labor laws and business practices
• Foster teamwork accountability and a high-performing culture

Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional service and support sales activities
  (This role is not commission-based to encourage team success over individual competition)

• Base Salary: $61000 (fixed)
