What Youll Do

- Take charge of store operations when the Store Manager is away
- Ensure smooth efficient daily operations

- Lead the team to achieve store-wide sales goals (not just individual commissions)
- Create a positive collaborative environment by reducing excessive commission competition
- Coach schedule and support both full-time and part-time staff
- Strengthen team performance and customer satisfaction on the sales floor
People & Compliance Management
- Oversee staff management in line with U.S. labor laws and business practices
- Foster teamwork accountability and a high-performing culture
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional service and support sales activities
(This role is not commission-based to encourage team success over individual competition)

- Base Salary: $61000 (fixed)
- Performance Bonus: Up to $18000 annually
