In this pivotal role youll be essential to keeping daily office operations running smoothly while supporting customer communication documentation scheduling and internal coordination. Youll be the first point of contact for many of our clients and play a vital role in ensuring the office stays organized and responsive.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally and promptly
- Deliver outstanding customer service and log all calls in detail
- Complete First Notice of Loss (FNOL) documentation accurately
- Prepare and distribute job packets for project coordinators and estimators
- Manage and maintain job files documentation and subcontractor correspondence
- Keep internal calendars and schedules up to date and organized
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail email and faxes
- Maintain office and general supply inventories
- Participate in on-call rotations for evening and weekend coverage
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior administrative or receptionist experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Pay Range: $20 - $24/hr

Working Hours and Requirements:
