About You:
Join our vibrant team at Niño ELA Preston as the Room Leader of our Infant Classroom where passion meets playin a role that offers variety across different age groups. You will:
- Be responsible for the guidance/support/direction/ and supervision of staff students and volunteers working within the Childcare service.
- To promote positive parent centre and staff relationships.
- Develop the Childrens Program (reflecting Early Years Learning Framework guidelines).
- Maintain compliance with the OH&S Policy ensure a safe environment is maintained for Children and staff.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified in Early Childhood Educationor ACECQA approved equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the role as a Lead Educator/Room Leader within a long day care setting.
- Sound practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Current First Aid and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates Current Working with Childrens Check.
