About You:

Join our vibrant team at Nino ELA Preston as the Room Leader of our Infant Classroom where passion meets play in a role that offers variety across different age groups. You will:

• • Be responsible for the guidance/support/direction/ and supervision of staff students and volunteers working within the Childcare service.
  • To promote positive parent centre and staff relationships.
  • Develop the Childrens Program (reflecting Early Years Learning Framework guidelines).
  • Maintain compliance with the OH&S Policy ensure a safe environment is maintained for Children and staff.

Key Requirements:

• • Qualified in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in the role as a Lead Educator/Room Leader within a long day care setting
  • Sound practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Current First Aid and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates Current Working with Childrens Check
