Job Summary

The Chief Wealth Management Officer is responsible for leading the banks wealth management division delivering tailored financial solutions to high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. This role focuses on driving growth in assets under management (AUM) enhancing client experience and ensuring best-in-class advisory services across investments financial planning and wealth structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Wealth Management Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute the overall wealth management strategy aligned with the banks objectives.

Drive growth in AUM revenue and client base across HNW and UHNW segments.

Identify new market opportunities client segments and service offerings.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Ensure delivery of personalized advisory services including investment planning estate planning and wealth structuring.

Oversee client acquisition retention and satisfaction strategies.

3. Investment Advisory & Product Oversight

Oversee the development and delivery of investment solutions across asset classes.

Ensure alignment of investment strategies with clients financial goals and risk profiles.

Collaborate with investment and product teams to offer competitive wealth solutions.

4. Team Leadership & Development

Lead and mentor relationship managers wealth advisors and support teams.

Build a high-performance client-centric culture.

Drive training and development initiatives to enhance advisory capabilities.

5. Risk Management & Compliance

Ensure all wealth management activities comply with regulatory and internal policies.

Oversee KYC/AML procedures and client onboarding processes.

Monitor investment suitability and risk exposure across client portfolios.

6. Business Development & Market Positioning

Strengthen the banks brand in wealth management and private banking.

Represent the organization in industry forums and client events.

Develop strategic partnerships to expand the wealth business.

7. Digital Transformation & Innovation

Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms for wealth management services.

Enhance client experience through technology-driven solutions.

Stay updated on fintech trends impacting wealth management.

8. Reporting & Performance Management

Track KPIs such as AUM growth revenue client acquisition and retention.

Provide regular reports and insights to executive leadership.

Use data analytics to optimize performance and client engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or related field; MBA CFA or equivalent preferred.

1215 years of experience in wealth management private banking or investment advisory.

Proven track record of managing HNW/UHNW client relationships and growing AUM.

Strong understanding of financial markets investment products and wealth planning.
