Work Week - 6 Days (Work from Office) - HSR
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Incubation (0to1): Lead end-to-end execution of new business opportunities products or revenue streams from concept to launch.
- Growth & Marketing: Drive performance marketing content strategy and customer acquisition to scale new D2C categories.
- Founders Office Operations: Act as an internal founder working directly with the CEO on high-impact projects including managing operations supply chain and vendor partnerships.
- Data Analysis: Use consumer insights market trends and data to drive decision-making for product positioning and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Build and lead temporary teams across product tech and design to achieve rapid execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 13 years of intense startup experience preferably as an ex-founder or in a growth/strategy role at a D2C brand.
- Mindset: Extreme ownership hustler mentality and comfort with high ambiguity.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking multi-disciplinary knowledge (marketing ops product) and ability to work under pressure.
- Education: Top-tier B-School (IIT/IIM/ISB) graduates
