Responsibilities:
- Oversee the business operations within a designated zone to ensure alignment with company strategies and goals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
- Manage the performance coaching and development of the sales team within the zone.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify opportunities or potential challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business growth.
- Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
- Prepare and present insightful business reviews and reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations within the zone.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role specifically in business management or sales within a similar industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a regional team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in analyzing data to make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound strategic decisions.
- Able to travel frequently within the zone to meet with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in business management or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in a similar role with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Experience working on-site and managing a diverse and skilled team.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and business analysis tools.
- Capability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
