Assistant Post Producer

We are seeking an Assistant Post Producer to join our Integrated Production team supporting a high-volume account across broadcast radio and digital content. This role supports the Sr. Production Supervisor in the production and delivery of tagged spots for dealer and regional use managing assets and tracking deliverables to keep work moving efficiently across multiple versions and timelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the production and delivery of high-volume tagged TV and radio spots across multiple markets.
• Manage and organize assets including graphics VO legal copy and dealer-specific information.
• Maintain trackers for versions status and deliverables
• Ensure editors have the assets and information needed to execute efficiently.
• Partner with account teams to gather and organize tagging information assets and approvals needed for execution.
• Assist with QC by reviewing deliverables for accuracy.
• Support exports and delivery across broadcast radio and digital platforms.
• Organize and maintain project files assets and archives.
• Assist Sr. Production Supervisor as needed

• 1-3 years of experience in production post production or a creative agency environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables at once.
• Familiarity with post production workflows and deliverables
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• This is a hybrid role with Walton Isaacson employees working in-office three days a week Tuesday through Thursday.

The hourly rate range for this position is $30 $34 . Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on among other factors actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company(applicable to current employees); as well as the employees/applicants background pertinent experience and qualifications.
