The Role We are seeking a skilled COTA to join our growing clinic team. Under the supervision of a registered OT you will provide essential therapy services to a diverse populationfrom infants to seniorswithin our clinic through:
Implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches and therapeutic techniques.
Providing direct instruction in activities of daily living (ADLs) fine/gross motor skills and sensory processing.
Collaborating effectively with Speech and Physical Therapists to ensure holistic patient progress.
Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring the clinic remains a clean welcoming space.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Certification: Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
State Licensure: Valid and current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Requirements: Must be comfortable treating both Adult and Pediatric patients.
Experience: Experience in a clinic setting is preferred; knowledge of developmental milestones and age-related conditions is required.
