Location: Cape Coral FL 33990
Duration: 14 Weeks
Shift: 12-Hour Day Shift (07:00 AM 07:30 PM) Call Required
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Labor Delivery Recovery and Postpartum (LDRP) unit in a Level II OB Maternal and Level I Nursery setting. This is a 24-bed unit with a strong emphasis on high-quality maternal and newborn care in a collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care in Labor Delivery Recovery and Postpartum settings
- Maintain safe patient ratios: Labor (12:1) Postpartum (34:1)
- Participate in call rotation (12 hours per month required)
- Float to other sister campuses as needed
- Function as an integral member of the core care team
- Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced OB environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience required
- Active RN license required
- Certifications required: BLS ACLS and NRP
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Degree must be clearly documented on profile OR 5 years of relevant experience
- Willingness to float across units and facilities
- Strong clinical competency and adaptability in OB settings
