About the Role:
Join our team at HAIR CULTURE LLC as a Salon Receptionist where you will be the welcoming face of our salon! We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to provide exceptional customer service and support our talented stylists in creating an unforgettable experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and manage appointment scheduling.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Process payments and manage cash register transactions.
- Assist with inventory management and product displays.
- Communicate effectively with stylists regarding client needs.
- Promote salon services and products to enhance customer experience.
- Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior salon experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in scheduling software and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a passion for the beauty industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours including days and evenings Tuesday through Friday. Sometimes including a Saturday Shift.
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
