About This Role

As a Validation Technician you will serve as a vital link between design and reality. You will work closely with design and validation engineers to transform schematics into functional prototypes and ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability. You will execute a variety of electrical immunity and compliance tests ensuring that every component can withstand real-world stressors like ESD and power surges. This is a dynamic hands-on position where your technical accuracy directly impacts the reliability and safety of the final product.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute validation and verification activities for systems equipment software and processes in accordance with approved protocols and procedures

• Identify document and troubleshoot validation issues deviations and nonconformances and support rootcause analysis and corrective actions

• Develop build and maintain test fixtures and supporting designs to enable validation activities and support design engineering efforts

• Collaborate with engineering quality manufacturing and test teams to support product releases and changes

• Ensure validation activities comply with internal quality standards and applicable regulatory or industry requirements

Role Purpose

• Ensure products systems and processes meet defined requirements and perform reliably throughout their intended use

• Build wire harnesses and test fixtures to support design engineering activities and enable effective product validation

• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps inefficiencies and opportunities during validation activities

• Provide handson validation support that reduces risk improves design quality and accelerates development timelines

• Test products to verify functionality performance and compliance with defined requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years experience in validation testing verification or quality activities in a manufacturing or regulated environment.

OR

• Associates in Engineering Engineering Technology Electronics with 3 years experience in validation testing verification or quality activities in a manufacturing or regulated environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Engineering Technology Electronics with 1 years experience in validation testing verification or quality activities in a manufacturing or regulated environment.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings specifications procedures and test requirements

• Strong documentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy
