Job Summary
If you have experience in estate planning or CT probate administration lets talk. We are looking for a personable and analytical candidate with the ability to strategize build a good rapport with clients and negotiate when needed.
You will lead a great team and provide top-quality estate plans (wills revocable and irrevocable trusts powers of attorney etc.) for clients and their families. This position requires a significant level of responsibility and we would prefer to find a candidate who is admitted to CT and is ready to hit the ground running. Will consider an applicant with less experience if the candidate is willing to work hard pursue educational opportunities and learn on the job.
- Draft and/or review and finalize estate planning documents including wills revocable and irrevocable trusts powers of attorney and healthcare directives.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on estate planning probate and trust administration matters.
- Meet or speak with Clients regularly.
- Collaborate with the team to build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and quality client service.
- Potentially record Webinars or offer in-person workshops to existing clients and potential clients.
- Ability and desire to provide top-quality legal work.
- Above-average writing skills and the ability to produce polished persuasive written work
- Comfortable communicating with clients in a way that builds confidence and trust.
- Working within structured systems for efficiency and coordinated teamwork.
- Values professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Bonus points if you love dogs and chocolate. Especially dogs.
