Concrete Crew Lead

Kalos Services is hiring a Concrete Crew Lead to take ownership of commercial concrete projects and lead a high-performing crew in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving production maintaining quality and keeping jobs moving safely and on schedule. Youll play a key role in setting the tone on-site coordinating with project teams and delivering consistent high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial concrete projects (slabs footings sidewalks pads etc.)
• Plan daily work assign tasks and drive production on-site
• Set forms and oversee rebar placement pours and finishing
• Read and execute from plans layouts and specifications
• Coordinate with Project Managers and other trades
• Ensure quality standards safety practices and schedule adherence
• Train crew members and hold the team accountable to performance expectations

Compensation: $25.00 - $29.00 hourly based on experience

Schedule: Night Work Sunday - Thursday - 40/60 hrs week.

Travel and Lodging: some projects require travel (FL & GA) out of town stays in a hotel or Kalos provided room each work week for the duration of the project. The ability to be flexible with travel is a requirement of the role.

• 5 years of commercial concrete experience
• 2 years in a lead role
• Strong knowledge of forming pouring and finishing
• Ability to read plans and manage layout
• Proven ability to lead crews and hit production goals
• Willingness to travel and work nights when required

Work Conditions:

• Outdoor construction sites
• Physically demanding hands-on role
• Travel and occasional night work required
