Job Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support an outpatient rehabilitation team. The PTA will work under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to deliver high-quality patient-centered care assist with treatment plan implementation and help patients achieve optimal mobility and functional recovery. This role offers a focused 1:1 patient care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans
- Support patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
- Document patient progress accurately in the EMR system
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
- Provide compassionate hands-on patient care in an outpatient setting
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of PTA experience (first-time travelers accepted)
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License (required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior outpatient rehabilitation experience
- Familiarity with Epic EMR system
Certifications:
- Oregon PTA License (Active and in good standing)
