Job Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support an outpatient rehabilitation team. The PTA will work under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to deliver high-quality patient-centered care assist with treatment plan implementation and help patients achieve optimal mobility and functional recovery. This role offers a focused 1:1 patient care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans
Support patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
Document patient progress accurately in the EMR system
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
Provide compassionate hands-on patient care in an outpatient setting
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of PTA experience (first-time travelers accepted)
Active Oregon Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License (required)
