Synergy Care is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist Assistant/Rehab Director for an outpatient clinic serving an AL/IL community in Fort Worth TX!
You must be a licensed Therapist.
We are looking for a team-oriented clinician who is passionate about providing quality patient care and making a difference in the lives of others.
â Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide ongoing treatment and discharge planning
Supervise assistants and aides
Participate in case management
Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services in accordance with state regulations and Synergy Care guidelines
Represent Synergy Cares commitment to excellence in every patient and facility interaction

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (or graduating within 6 months)
- Current NBCOT certification (COTA) required
- Active Louisiana OTA license (or eligible for licensure)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
