Job Summary

Project:Large Scale Residential New Build

Essentials: HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification minimum of 5 years similar experience in Ireland experience with setting out and managing engineers.

Location: Several locations in Greater Dublin

Salary: 75000 -85000

Overseeing: Site management quality assurance subcontractor coordination and stakeholder relationships

Lead health and safety quality and compliance across the project
Coordinate design reviews technical queries and issue resolution
Manage subcontractors and service providers to meet programme and commissioning targets
Monitor progress report weekly performance and proactively address delays
Carry out regular site inspections to drive quality and timely close-out of issues
Oversee quality assurance document control and building control compliance
Manage key work packages including sequencing trade coordination and procurement input
Liaise with utilities authorities and external stakeholders as required
Drive build efficiencies through design challenge and value engineering
Lead and develop site engineering teams while promoting a strong customer-focused culture
