Reconstruction Estimator

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the construction process
• Educate customers on scope timelines and available options (including upgrades)
• Inspect job sites and develop accurate sketches and scopes of work
• Analyze labor materials and time requirements for each project
• Prepare clear detailed and organized estimates using Xactimate
• Identify project constraints risks and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with Project Managers to finalize pricing and scope
• Coordinate with third-party experts (engineers inspectors etc.) as needed
• Communicate estimates clearly to both customers and internal teams

• 2 years of construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience
• Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Solid math critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated dependable and able to manage multiple priorities
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record
• Degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field (preferred)

• Frequent driving to job sites and time spent in the field
• Walking and standing for extended periods
• Occasional ladder use and exposure to varying weather conditions
• Job sites may include loud environments and active construction areas
